Navigating the ComStore is simple from the Datto RMM web portal just click on Automation and then ComStore.
From here you’ll get an extensive library of components, scripts, and templates organized into categories.
You can use the search bar to quickly find what you’re looking for at the top or you can scroll down and see that each item has a description so you can make an informed decision about which solutions to implement.
Once you find a component or script that meets your needs adding it to the Datto RMM account is a breeze.
Simply click the add button and this will move it into your components.

When our NOC Manager left last fall we wanted to replace the position with an outsourced NOC to reduce headcount, and bring in an expert to both Labtech and our backup solutions.
