Labtech Virtualization Manager

Is your team having trouble monitoring Virtual Machine Hosts? The LabTech Virtualization Manager allows LabTech to monitor Virtual Machine Hosts without the need of a LabTech Agent. This is accomplished by the use of LabTech Probes. Implementing the LabTech Virtualization Manager allows your business to monitor your clients virtual machine hardware, providing reduced downtime and additional billing opportunities.

The LabTech Virtualization Manger allows you to monitor Virtual Machine Hosts for critical events. Both ESXi and Hyper-V are supported. Monitoring of hosts includes:

  • [icon type=”angle-double-right” class=”fa fa-li accent”]Memory Usage
  • [icon type=”angle-double-right” class=”fa fa-li accent”]Disk Space
  • [icon type=”angle-double-right” class=”fa fa-li accent”]Disk Resets
  • [icon type=”angle-double-right” class=”fa fa-li accent”]Power State
  • [icon type=”angle-double-right” class=”fa fa-li accent”]And More

Monitoring Virtual Machine Hosts is especially helpful for ESXi, as you are unable to install a LabTech agent on the host. You can further monitor the virtual machines running on the hosts with similar monitors that are included. Each monitor is configurable to monitor with the thresholds that are appropriate for your environment. Ticket and reporting categories can be specified as well to ensure proper ticket routing.
