ConnectWise has released a new patch for Automate 11. Automate 11 has progressed to patch 18, changing the Automate Server version to 11.0.441 and moving the control center up to version 110.441. Patch 18 includes new features as well as bug fixes.
ConnectWise releases monthly patches for Automate that need to be manually installed. Patches can be obtained from the Customer Portal located at https://cp.labtechsoftware.com.

It has come to our attention that upgrading to one of the recent versions of ConnectWise Manage (v2017.4 (48356) and back) may affect the Automate ticket syncing.

ConnectWise Automate allows plugins to be added to provide additional functionality. These plugins and updates come via the Solution Center, which is similar to an app store.
