Patch 3 includes new features as well as bug fixes. Automate 11 has reached end of life and will no longer be patched.

It should be noted that once upgraded to Patch 19, Automate 12 cannot be installed until v12.0.1 is released. Patch 19 includes new features as well as bug fixes.

By design, ConnectWise Automate works to perform system maintenance silently in the background. While a technician isn’t actually doing this work, some MSPs choose to bill this time in order to keep track of what’s done.

ConnectWise Automate has migrated the remote monitoring from the Service Plans > Server Roles groups to the Ignite Manager plugin.

ConnectWise has started the rollout of Automate 12 as of December 4th. The upgrade will initially be released to on-premise customers in an A-Z rollout.
