ConnectWise has released a new monthly patch for Automate 12. Automate 12 has progressed to patch 9, changing the Automate Server version to 12.0.9 and moving the control center up to version 12.9.428. Patch 9 includes new features as well as bug fixes. Some of the top enhancements and issues fixed are listed:
-
- The network probe will now be associated to a location ID as opposed to a computer ID. This will enable the probe to be moved between computers within the same location, without reconfiguration.
- Added the ability to change the patch stage from the Patching tile of the Web Computer Management screen.
- The ConnectWise Automate monthly update patches will now force the user to run the patch as an admin.
- Resolved an issue that was causing Automate to not properly detect CPU information correctly from virtual machines with multiple CPUs.
