Creating a report in the Kaseya Info-Center takes time, and at times you may need to quickly pull information once. In times like this, you can export details/information without configuring a report in info-center. This makes the details you are looking for available in just a few clicks and still easily editable and comparable.
To export details without creating a report, export details from the Manage Agents tab. (This was previously known as Agent Status). Using the latest version of Kaseya 9.3, you can export the view in CSV format for a particular set of clients, viewing details like software installed, OS version, etc.
- Select Views/Machine groups
- Click on the new Gear icon> Export
- Choose All/Selected/Current Page
Following the above steps, you should be able to quickly pull needed information without the hassle of creating a report each and every time.
