At times, you may need to exclude a machine from a monitor. Either you don’t want the machine included or it is triggering the monitor and providing false positives. Excluding a machine from a monitor is easy. First, you will need to open the monitor that you would like to exclude a machine from.
Right click in the box, Disabled Computers, and you will be presented with a drop down list of all your clients.
Navigate through the list to select the machine you would like to be excluded. Repeat the process for each machine you would like added to the list. When finished, save the monitor. The machine or machines you selected will no longer generate alerts or tickets via the edited monitor. In case you would like to include the machine in the future, just remove it from the Disabled Computers list.
