Eligibility Criteria for IT Trainee

MCP/MCSE/MCITP Course or Certification
Basic familiarity on Microsoft Windows Environment
Basic familiarity with Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware software
Knowledge on software installation and removal
Conceptual knowledge on Windows networking, TCP/IP
Conceptual knowledge on AD, DNS/DHCP, File/Print Server
Ability and open to working on a 24×7 shift
Good verbal and written communication skills to follow a global process
