- 1-4 years of work experience in Desktop Support on the Microsoft platform
- Should be preferably certified as MCP/MCSE/MCITP
- Troubleshooting skills on Microsoft XP/Vista/7, Outlook, and Office
- Troubleshooting skills on site connectivity, VPN, and remote access
- Should have basic familiarity on Windows Server platform, AD, DNS, DHCP, File/Print Server, User creation/modification/deletion
- Experience with deploying patches
- Experience on backup software tools
- Experience with Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware software
- Familiarity with network/server monitoring software
- Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing software tools
- Ability and open to working on a 24×7 shift
- Good verbal and written communication skills to follow a global process
